God's hidden and mysterious wisdom is revealed to us through the Spirit of God. We encounter the substance of God's Spirit in Jesus Christ, who was nailed to the cross (1 Corinthians 2:2). When we are weak and trembling with fear, God's Spirit continually loves us and sustains us.
The Spirit grants us the powerful gift of perceiving what lies deep within the mind of God (1 Corinthians 2:10). Through the Spirit's blessings, we are invited to share in the mind and understanding of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). Loneliness cannot overcome us, for those who love God are given us as companions and friends.
The mystery of God, revealed through the Spirit, leads us into the depths of God's mind-realities inaccessible to human wisdom or to the wisdom of this world (1 Corinthians 2:10).
